Visit Baudelet Groupbased in Blaringhem (Hauts-de-France), collects, treats and recycles waste for companies and local authorities. The use of industrial machinery and waste management impose strict safety standards on its 1,000 employees.

At the heart of its 300-hectare eco-parkwhere nature and industry coexist, lives a family of fallow deer that inspired DAMAthe digital mascot created by Fresh Organic Motion. Used internally, it raises teams' awareness of workplace safety through a range of poses adapted to different situations.

The project is evolving, and we continue to support Baudelet Environment by developing new DAMA to enrich their internal communications.

B&Find, an innovative temporary employment agency, puts the emphasis on human relations in its approach. The customer, the B&Find recruiter and the temporary worker form a dynamic, supportive and committed trio.

To represent this synergy, the Fresh Organic Motion studio created a bespoke mascot, from the first sketches to the final 3D rendering.
Expressive, identifiable and inclusive, it enlivens the B&Find universe and enriches their communications with a warm, original touch.

For the Abilous educational platform, which is incubated at INRIA, Fresh Organic Motion created a charming mascot: a little squirrel wearing a yellow hoodie. We also designed a progress board illustrated in a warm isometric style.

The mascot was depicted in a variety of poses and accompanied by a rich graphic environment, including trees, signs, campfires, winding paths and a hazelnut-shaped badge system. The visual universe, designed to evolve through various biomes (prairie, mountain, island...), helps students learn in a playful and immersive way.

We had the opportunity to collaborate with Menuiserie Soulhié on a mascot project designed to boost their visual communication by drawing attention to their storefront and trucks.

We designed a chameleon as a symbol of adaptability, echoing their expertise in working with a variety of materials and offering tailor-made solutions.

Finally, the company decided to redesign its visual identity without a mascot. This project enabled us to explore different creative approaches and support their strategic thinking.
