Case study: B&Find B&Find

Context

B&Find, a temporary employment agency based in Lyon, asked us to create its welcome mascot for its launch.
The company wanted a powerful conceptcapable of reflecting both its human values and its modern approach to recruitment.
The objective: to develop a trio of mascots representing the three pillars of their business:

- the customer,
- B&Find recruiter,
- the temporary worker.

All in a positive, bright and gender-neutral style, to reach a working-age adult audience without exclusion or stereotyping.

Creative paths

Two areas were examined:
1. Bees, in connection with the B&Find "Bee", representing team spirit, energy and benevolence.

2. The geared characters, alluding to both the sun and the synergy of collaborative work. These bright, luminous images were intended to embody the brand's vitality and human roots.

Creation process

The project was structured around a complete 2D to 3D workflow:
- 2D testing The proportions, expressions and color palette were created in Adobe Illustrator.

- The 3D modeling was done on Blender, with careful attention paid to poses and postures to avoid rigidity.
- A bespoke shader was created, combining illustration and 3D, to achieve this glossy, organic finish characteristic of the brand.
Particular attention has been paid to the staging of the characters, each of whom embodies a specific role while sharing a common identity. common basis, thus ensuring overall visual consistency.
